Community Resource Centers are non-residential community based programs that function as a graduated sanction utilized to tailor supervision to the needs of offenders as an alternative to further incarceration. CRCâ€™s also provide assistance to offenders with the appropriate level of services to aid in their successful community adjustment.
CRC Programs provide the following services:
Assessment Case management
Job readiness skills
Employment counseling and placement
Substance abuse counseling and education
Life skills development
Stress and anger reduction
Mental health counseling and referrals
Development of housing resources for offenders
